Terms of Service

1. Service. FinProMax provides free loan facilitation — comparing banks/NBFCs, assisting documentation, and coordinating processing. FinProMax is not a lender.
2. No fee to customer. No service charge is payable by the customer to FinProMax. Customer bears only actual government charges, stamp duty, valuation/legal fees, and bank/NBFC charges wherever applicable.
3. No guarantee. Sanction, interest rate, tenure and terms are at the sole discretion of the respective bank/NBFC. Calculators and savings estimates are indicative only.
4. No fund handling. FinProMax never collects, holds or routes loan disbursement or repayment money. Never pay any loan amount to FinProMax or its representatives.
5. Revenue disclosure. FinProMax earns commission/payout from banks/NBFCs/authorized channel partners.
6. Data. Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023.
7. Communication consent. By submitting the lead form or messaging us, you consent to being contacted by FinProMax regarding your loan query.
8. Jurisdiction. Courts of Pune, India.
