Name, mobile, email, city; loan details (amount, ROI, EMI, bank); income documents; KYC (PAN, Aadhaar); property documents — only what is needed to process your loan request.
Solely to assess loan eligibility and savings, shortlist and submit your application to banks/NBFCs you approve, coordinate processing until disbursement, and send you status updates. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with notice and purpose-specific consent.
We collect documents only after your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent anytime by writing to finpromax99@gmail.com; we will stop processing and delete your data except where retention is legally required.
Shared only with the bank(s)/NBFC(s)/authorized channel processing your application, and only for that purpose. We never sell your data. No marketing use without separate opt-in.
Documents are stored in access-controlled folders, shared via official channels only, and deleted on request or after case closure plus any legally required retention period.

We do not handle loan disbursement or repayment money. We do not guarantee approval or rates. All credit decisions are made by the bank/NBFC.
